Soft and aromatic, Zurlo is the extra virgin olive oil that comes from a well-balanced blend of the two most cultivated Apulian native varieties: 70% of “Coratinacultivar and 30% of “Ogliarola baresecultivar. Zurlo recalls the scents of spring and in particular almond and vegetable notes. Its harmonious taste goes well with seafood and vegetable dishes, fresh cheese, pesto and delicate sauces.

Zurlo is the extra virgin olive oil made with Coratina cultivar olives and Ogliarola barese cultivars gathered in Contrada Zurlo in Molfetta during the second half of October from plants which are about 100 years old.

The blend between the two cultivars makes Zurlo a medium fruity extra virgin oil characterized by a bright yellow-green color with almond and vegetable notes with a slight hint of bitter and spicy.

On the palate it presents a clean taste of vegetal notes intertwined with delicate spicy notes for a dynamic and balanced condition. To the nose offers herbaceous-floral aromas that recall the green chamomile.
